One Church, Many Communities

Our Church Communities
01.
A Community Beyond Sunday
Community of Christ is more than Sunday worship. Congregations connect through the Oklahoma Mission Center and a global church in over 60 countries, sharing faith through retreats, conferences, and gatherings that unite people in Christ’s mission.
02.
Life in a Congregation
Each congregation has its own worship style and rhythm. Services are collaborative and include worship, fellowship, and communion (Lord’s Supper), helping members build lasting relationships rooted in support, joy, and spiritual growth.
03.
Mission in Action
Faith in Community of Christ extends into everyday life. Congregations serve their communities through projects large and small, turning compassion into action inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ.
04.
Governance and Leadership
Each congregation elects pastors and officers to guide daily life and mission. Leadership is shared among pastors, priesthood, and members who work together to support both spiritual and practical needs.
05.
Responsible Stewardship
Congregations manage their own budgets and reports with transparency and care. Financial officers work closely with the Mission Center to ensure stewardship while maintaining financial health across the community.
